Position: Telesales Executive
Salary: £23,000 to £27,000 plus commission
Location: Brighton and Hove
Hours: 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday

We have a great opportunity for an experienced telesales, business development or sales executive to join a great company in the Brighton and Hove area in this outbound sales role.

As a Sales Executive for this large FTSE 250 financial services company, you'll be making outbound business development calls and dealing with inbound leads, so telesales experience in a B2B setting is ideal although someone looking to break out of a B2C call centre would equally be considered. You'll be appointment setting and working on lead generation as well as associated duties.

The role is office based working in a small team, not in a call centre and includes:

Outbound B2B telesales to generate appointments for the field team
Developing relationships with business contacts
Approximately 2-4 hours call time a day focusing on quality conversations with key contacts and decision makers
Converting inbound sales leads as required
Liaising with the field sales team
Checking through contact data
Conducting follow up emails and associated admin

You'll need previous sales experience and excellent communication skills, able to liaise with business contacts at director level.
