Job Description

No.1 Site Manager required for complex Flat Build in Brighton.

We are looking for a Number 1 Site Manager to work on a block of flats that is at second fix stage and is going to take a lot of planning with the team and execution on site.

It will require an experienced hands on Manager that can interpret drawings to the level of problem solving and delivering the finer detail. Logistics on site is tight and there will be challenges.

The site managers ideal background will be delivering flats up to 3 storeys and 15-20 units from start to finish. Be a competent report writer, IT literate, Can communicate effectively, be client facing and hold total awarenes of the project through all the stages.

Value is Approx £2m – The project is 6/7 months long and upon successful delivery move you onto another one in the local area. 

All valid tickets are required and a solid background in the delivery of similar projects
