£770 – £1,075 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications and will be discussed at registration)

About the role

This Primary and Secondary SEND school, based in Brighton is looking to appoint a passionate Teacher of SEND to work on a full-time basis. Working in this SEND school as part of an established team, the desired Teacher of SEND will be working on a small class size basis with pupils with SEND including Autism, MLD, SLD, PMLD , ADHD, Specific Learning Difficulties, Complex Medical Needs and Speech and Language Difficulties. This full time Teacher of SEND role is long term from May ongoing with the possibility of a permanent vacancy for the right person.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Teacher of SEND you will:

QTS/QTLS
Experience of working with primary or secondary school aged children.
Experience of working with pupils with SEND.
A passion for the progress of SEND primary and secondary school pupils.
An ability to work as part of a team.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
