Position: Teaching Assistant EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage)
Location: Brighton 
Start Date: September 2024 
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Rate: £75 – £90 a day

Key Responsibilities: 

 Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons tailored to EYFS students. 
 Provide one-on-one support to students who may require additional help with their learning. 
 Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported. 
Support the class teacher in organizing educational activities and resources to enhance learning experiences. 
Communicate effectively with both students and colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the classroom. 

Requirements: 

 Relevant qualifications or experience working in a similar role, preferably in a primary school setting. 
Passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. 

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one
Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to support students' learning and well-being.
