Are you looking to work for a well-established company who are a leading provider in their field?

This is an exciting new opportunity for a permanent Payroll & Finance Analyst to join a company based in central Brighton. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm. This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week working from home.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

Assisting with the payroll process for the business, maintaining accurate payroll reports and providing insights into payroll trends
Responding to email enquiries and managing the payroll inbox
Reporting to the Payroll Coordinator and supporting them with payroll duties in their absence
Working with the People team to ensure accurate payroll information for new starters and leavers
Processing timesheets, supporting with payroll projects, and completing all administration for pension schemes
Providing ad-hoc support to the wider finance team as and when requiredTo be successful for this position, you must have strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail and confident using Microsoft Excel. You must also have experience of working with different finance systems within a fast-paced business environment.
