Job Title: 1st Line Support Technician

Location: Brighton

Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 DOE

Working pattern: Fully onsite

1st Line Support Responsibilities:

Manage and prioritize multiple tickets and projects efficiently.
Assist with technical support requests within the team, focusing on 1st line tickets and projects.
Maintain and update IT documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Meet and exceed SLAs to ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
Communicate effectively with both customers and staff to provide exceptional service.

Requirements:

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tickets and requests.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on engagement and satisfaction.
Experience working with Microsoft technologies, including Windows, Office 365, and Active Directory.
