Location: Commutable to Haddenham or Brighton

Remuneration: £35,000 – £40,000 pro-rata + discretionary bonus

Schedule: Part-time 9am-3pm Monday – Friday

The role of the Document Controller – Roofing & Cladding Systems will involve:

* Document Controller position dealing with various new build and refurbishment roofing and cladding projects

* Recording and issuing roofing and cladding design information for commercial and industrial projects

* Submitting and tracking design information to and from clients in a timely manor

* Upload and download construction documentation (drawings, sepcifications, technical submittals, material samples etc)

* Utilising Construction Document Management Systems / Electronic Document Management Systems (ProCore, 4Projects, Aconex, BIM 360, Asite, Sharepoint)

* Downloading weekly reports for each project to be saved for auditing purposes

* Assist with the collation, arrangement and submission of Operation & Maintenance Manuals

* Working on projects ranging in value from £75k to £1m

The ideal applicant will be Document Controller – Roofing & Cladding Systems with:

* Must have experience using various EDMS / CDMS systems such as: ProCore, 4Projects, Aconex, BIM 360, Asite, Sharepoint

* Ideally experienced in AutoCAD to interpret design drawings

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Strong relationship building skills

* High levels of organisation and attention to detail

* Enthusiastic, team player, who works well individually also
