As a Community Nurse, you'll be working predominantly Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:30pm and earning up to £36,500 per annum, plus a car allowance of £4,877. As a Community Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients at home.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
Educating patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Managing your own caseload, demonstrating excellent time management skills.

The ideal person for the Community Nurse role should have:

Adult nurse qualification with a valid NMC pin.
A driving license.
Experience with IV therapies.
Ability to work independently.
