Project: Lighthouse Decommissioning Scheme
Rate: £65k – £80K plus Package
Location: Brighton
An excellent opportunity for a Senior Engineer to join a well established, professional civil engineering company to work on the decommission of a lighthouse for 12 months. Future work will be in Brighton/London region. You would have lifting operations experience.
The company are a very well established main contractor that specialises in heavy demolition & civil engineering within the marine sector. They have an excellent reputation and are expanding as a business.

They are looking for a Senior Engineer to join their team in the South of England, with the first project being a large scheme near Brighton.

The ideal applicant will:
– Have at least 5 years experience in marine construction or civil engineering
– Be adaptable enough to deal with a large range of site issues including liaising with clients, engineers and supervisors, sub-contractors and direct workforce
– Be a natural problem solver
– Be able to manage and coordinate lifting operations ( they would assist in training)
– Be fully conversant with all HSE standards, regulations, reporting procedures, risk assessment and method statement requirements
