£35k – £40k per annum + Bonus!

We are currently looking for an exceptional leader to work with a reputable care provider as a Registered Manager to oversee a residential and supported living service for adults with learning disabilities in Brighton.

To be successful in this role you will;

Have experience working as a Registered Manager/Service Manager.
Have experience working with adults with learning disabilities
Hold a minimum of a NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Be confident in providing leadership to the staff team.
Be dedicated to providing outstanding care.
