Salary: £80,000 – £90,000

The company:

A leading Principal Contractor who have a collaborative and innovative approach to every project are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team to successfully deliver projects on the NHS framework.

The Role:

The Project Manager will lead and provide valuable insight to the projects and ensure a smooth and successful handover to the end user. This will see you deliver the projects / schemes effectively to ensure successful delivery within constraints of the project.

Responsibilities:

Implement detailed programmes and schedules
Oversee the project budget
Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets specified requirements and standards
Be the primary point of contact for all stakeholders
Maintain accurate project documentation
Manage contract negotiations, agreements and procurement processes with subcontractors, suppliers and vendors
Navigate working in live hospitalsAbout you:

Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering projects in the health care industry
Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive problem solving skills and attention to detail
Solid understanding of construction management principles
Sharp eye for detail and finishes
Excellent stakeholder management
Must have strong understanding of NHS frameworks
