Position: Key Stage 1 Class Teacher

This outstanding Primary School is seeking a fully qualified and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Class Teacher to join our dedicated team starting in September 2024. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and inspiring young learners to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all students in Key Stage 1
Create a supportive and stimulating learning environment in key Stage 1 that promotes positive behaviour and fosters a love of learning
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to enable each child to reach their academic and personal goals
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and share best practices
Communicate effectively with parents and carers, building positive relationships and providing regular updates on student progress
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities as required

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Key Stage 1 curriculum
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice
