About the role

We are looking to recruit Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for work based in secondary schools in Brighton and surrounding areas for a September 2024 start!

The desired Early Career Primary Teacher (ECT) will be working in our client Primary schools from September 2024.  We have various roles available ranging from day to day supply cover to more longer term, permanent contracts. The Early Career Primary Teacher (ECT) will be responsible for delivering their subject across Key Stage 1 and 2 to mixed ability classes. We are looking for an Early Career Primary Teacher who is passionate and determined with high expectations of behaviour and attainment.

We work with a number of client Primary Schools in our Brighton office across the South which have an outstanding reputation in their local area and are passionate about ensuring our community provides the best possible education for our children. We provide teachers to schools across the whole of Sussex, so we can find a suitable school near you! 

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Early Career Primary Teacher – (ECT) you will:

Have recent experience teaching students aged 5-11
Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of teaching and support staff
Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons
Have passed your teacher training course

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
