3 Month Contract
Location: Remote / Brighton
Rate: £600 – £650 per day (Inside IR35)

Are you a Lead Developer with a knack for innovation and a desire to make a positive impact? Do you have commercial experience with modern architecture patterns including Event Based Messaging, Domain Driven Design, Microservices and CQRS?

We are looking to recruit a Lead Ful Stack Software Developer for a technology driven organisation based in Brighton. This is a home-based role however there will be a requirement to work on site in Brighton approximately 4 – 6 times a month.

This is a 'hands on' roles and we are looking for an experienced Developer who can mentor and inspire the existing Development Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Mentor and inspire a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Utilize your expertise in .NET, C#, microservices, and event-based messaging to design and implement robust systems.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and contribute to the development of scalable and efficient applications.
Drive innovation by staying abreast of industry trends and integrating cutting-edge technologies.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Lead Developer, with expertise in .NET and C#.
Strong background in designing and implementing microservices and event-based messaging architectures.
Proficiency in utilizing Azure SaaS and PaaS for scalable and secure solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to development
