Job Opportunity: Desk Based Surveyor

We are currently seeking a skilled Desk Based Surveyor to join our client's team for an exciting project based in the Brighton area. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing initiative in the telecommunications industry.

Role Overview: As a Desk Based Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing and supporting field Surveyors and engineers in Fibre Delivery on Openreach projects. Key responsibilities include:

Providing leadership and guidance to Survey supervisors.
Driving improvements in the quality of field surveyors and teams.
Collaborating with Project Managers to enhance survey quality and efficiency.
Facilitating ongoing training and support for field teams.
Participating in client meetings and calls.
Ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
Requirements: Successful candidates should possess:

Extensive knowledge of surveying requirements for fibre build networks, including Openreach Network.
Minimum 2 years' experience in Fibre Build Project Management.
Proficiency in platforms such as Orion & Geo Hub.
Strong understanding of NRSWA and Traffic Management guidelines.
Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel as required.
Possession of a full UK driver's license for a minimum of 3 years.
Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
