Client Details

Our well respected client based in Brighton are seeking a Project Administrator on a fixed term contract basis.

Description

As Project Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Ensure the capture and sharing of knowledge across the team to establish a culture of continuous improvement and learning

  • Develop user friendly knowledge content and products for Customer Support

  • Drive people towards the content

  • Embed the content in processes, procedures, products and systems

  • Identify knowledge gaps and learning needs

  • Draft and facilitate technical content for operational procedure and processes

Profile

  • Track record of delivering tangible improvements, embedding best practice and achieving measurable business benefits

  • Evidence of using ideas, insights and lessons learnt to improve performance and/or delivery

  • An ability to assimilate information and understand a lot of information, determine what is important and challenge if required

  • Use and evaluate current principles, suggesting and implementing improvements or new principles to improve outcomes

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
