Your new role:

As their IT Support Technician, you will provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business and will provide back up and support to the IT Manager. This will include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing desktop and software support, fault finding and setting up new users and disabling expired accounts in accordance with HR requirements.

The IT Support Technician will also provide support for bespoke software; as well as providing support to colleagues in IT-related matters. You'll ensure that a high level of customer service and support is provided to all internal and external users and cover a reasonable number of evening and weekend shifts, as and when required to support the operational needs of the business.

Additionally, experience of as many of the following as possible:

  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Patch management
  • VDI
  • Monitoring Systems
  • Antivirus Solutions
  • Anti-Spam Solutions
  • Log management Systems
  • Atlassian products
  • Ticketing Systems
  • Hardware installation and maintenance
  • Cisco Switches
  • IP PBX Phone System
