Job Title: Workforce Planning Coordinator

Location: Brighton

Salary: £20k – £24k per annum

Full Time – 2 days in the Brighton Office, 3 days working from home

Our client is looking for a Workforce Planning Coordinator to support the recruitment and people operations function to achieve a strong workforce balance across camps and to offer a supporting role on a number of different tasks and responsibilities within the administration of the workforce and wider organisation. To collect and analyse workforce data across all camps to ensure they are all well-resourced in line with child bookings. To act as support and provide key information to the recruitment teams direction when filling roles across all holidays.

Responsibilities

To coordinate staffing levels and roles required across all of the camps throughout all holidays.
Liaise with the operations, recruitment, and sales teams to ensure child bookings are facilitated by the correct staff within ratio and paying attention to the qualifications required.
To collect and analyse workforce data across all camps to enable future staff planning.
Work with the Recruitment team and site management teams to cover illness, no shows and redeploy staff across the camps if required.
Become an expert in the part time workforce management system, Fourth. Ensure that all part time workforce's time and attendance data is accurately signed off every day and support the Camp Managers to do so.
Check and submit all payroll information – accuracy is paramount
Attend staff experience days, recruitment, and training events to support the recruitment, HR, L&D and Operations teams as and when required.
Devise and deliver appropriate staff recognition initiatives across the camps ensuring all the workforce buy into the company's culture and strive to achieve excellence.
Monitor staff engagement surveys, compile results and present to the Management team to facilitate improvement in the workforce.
Support the recruitment and operations teams during off-peak periods with their workloads as and when required.
To liaise with Human Resources on a wide range of employment/people issues, including absence management, disciplinary and grievance procedures.
There may also be requirements to perform other duties as required by your line manager.Requirements

Graduate calibre (desirable)
Confident communicator (both verbal and written) with a personable and professional manner and the ability to interact and relate to all levels of employees and build strong working relationships.
Excellent IT skills (including Microsoft applications) with the ability to identify and apply IT solutions.
Ability to demonstrate confidentiality and understanding when handling sensitive situations and information.
Efficient time management & organisational skills
High level attention to detail
Proactive approach to using initiative
Good judgment and decision-making skills.
Good knowledge of Inspiring Learning and understanding of industry (desirable).
Current full driving license and use of own car.
