As the Women’s Academy Administrator, you will have the responsibility for overseeing the Women’s Academy Administration and operational responsibilities of the FA Women’s Super League DCA Programme, ensuring that all licence criteria are met.
What does the day to day look like?
Reporting to the General Manager (Women’s & Girls’), the post-holder will manage all administration and operational aspects of the FA WSL DCA Programme. You will work collaboratively to manage develop mutually beneficial relationships with key external stakeholders, such as the FA and grassroot clubs. You will maintain good work relationships between players, parents and education partners and be responsible in the upkeep of the player database and ensure all details are correct. The post-holder will need to demonstrate and uphold the Clubs values, ethos and standards.
What we need:
To be considered for this position, we will require you to have knowledge and understanding of child protection issues including holding a valid FA Safeguarding Children Workshop Certificate or be willing to undertake this training if successful. It would be beneficial to have previously worked in a senior role within a sports organisation and have knowledge of working with clubs, teams, match officials and organisations.
