Join our team based in our Brighton office on a 12 month fixed term contract where you will specialise in producing and editing video content for our brand and global audiences. You will be involved in managing projects end-to-end including conception, production, shooting and editing. For the Graphic Design element of the role it will require provision of design assets, photography and ideas for a variety of materials including literature, email campaigns, internal communications and our global digital presence. Working closely with the Video Producer and Graphic Designers to deliver all visual assets along with the wider communications team to ensure projects are delivered on time.
Please note, this role may likely start from home, however when the time allows it will be a role where you will be required to work from the office.
Plan and produce engaging and professional video content to support marketing & press campaigns, global product launches and internal projects
Deliver design projects across multiple platforms to suit Paxton's needs; including promotional video, tutorials, animation, web & interactive content, and photography.
Look for creative new ways to engage with Paxton's varied audiences, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the security industry with innovative and engaging communications activity
Maintain and update Paxton's global websites, create engaging content including static and moving images, diagrams, photography and video
Work with the Marketing Communications team and Events team to produce interactive content and designs to attract attention to the Paxton brand at trade shows and global events
Take ownership of the creative briefs and work with key with internal and external stakeholders, including Senior Managers and Directors to discuss the requirements of projects and their core message
Be prepared to travel ad-hoc out of normal working hours and stay overnight to help coordinate and attend events, such as trade shows, exhibitions, award ceremonies, seminars, etc.Requirements
Experience creating digital content for a global brand and designing for B2B market
Experienced in creating artwork for print and digital projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to use Adobe Creative Cloud programs including Premier Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat
Knowledge of video sharing platforms, like YouTube, and video optimisation techniques.
Ability to use web design programs like Dreamweaver
Degree or relevant qualification in graphic design, visual communications, multimedia or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
Knowledge of video and photo equipment, and videography, video editing, photography, photo editing and general graphic design skills is a must
An understanding of typography and font styles for different types of communication.
Knowledge of 3D rendering applications and HTML, CSS and web design, responsive design for a variety of platforms, interactive design and motion graphics
