Ticketing Systems Assistant – The Role:
Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club are now recruiting for a Ticketing Systems Assistant to join our Supporter Services team. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to use your unique technical skills in an exciting new environment. We are looking for an individual who is analytical, hardworking and enjoys finding technical solutions to problems.
Your core hours will be Monday to Friday 9 to 5, but our ideal job holder will be flexible and committed to supporting the team and our fans outside of core hours, when required, including all home matchdays.
Ticketing Systems Assistant – Key Responsibilities:
This role will involve providing expertise in the use of the ticketing system for event setup (using a complex rule engine), reporting and supporting our staff.
Ticketing Systems Assistant – You:
– Excellent Microsoft Office skills to include Excel, Word and Outlook
– Strong numeracy and literacy skills
– Experience working in a fast-paced environment
– Ability to work calmly under pressure
– Knowledge of administrating and supporting back-office systems (preferably of a ticketing system)
– Desirable for the successful candidate to have experience supervising staff
The successful candidate must also be willing to undertake a basis DBS CRC (Criminal Background Check).
