Support Coordinator – graduate
Full Time 37.5 hours, including late shifts (up to 10pm) and weekends (with days off in the week)

The Support Coordinator role involves a spectrum of responsibilities, deploying and organising a team engineer team. The role will also utilise your analytical skills to report error patterns to relevant stake-holders and ultimately improve operational efficiency and the customer service experience. This is an opportunity to get under the skin of what it means to operate an energy company end-to-end and gain an in-depth understanding of a dynamic industry.
Our client is looking for a graduate calibre person who understands teamwork, has polished communication skills, and empathy to handling engineers under pressures. You need the flexibility to be able to think on your feet and to solve problems. You will need the ability to organise customer appointments and help to organise engineers’ schedules, requiring an understanding of local geography.
The successful Support Coordinator will be enthusiastic, positive, outgoing and have a passion for building strong relationships with customers. You’ll have an innate understanding of how to provide a great customer experience. You’ll be a passionate team player who wants to work in a collaborative, tight knit environment
