Liberty HR Recruitment is thrilled to be working with a truly market-leading and inspirational client in recruiting a Senior HR Advisor to work at their office near Brighton. This is a full time, permanent position.
This generalist HR role will be to provide leadership to HR shared services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of an effective and efficient HR service to the business and will cover the whole employee life-cycle.
Responsibilities will include ensuring the service provided by the HR team is to the highest standard and that all deadlines are achieved by the team and workload is distributed in peak periods. You would be expected to participate and advise in employee relation issues as well as providing reports and analytics using the Company HR Information System
Key requirements will include;
Excellent communication skills | proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages | good organisational skills | accuracy and attention to detail | ability to work on own initiative | work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented and fast pace environment.
You will also be proactive and demonstrate discretion and an ability to stay calm under pressure. It is essential that you are CIPD level 7 qualified (or be working towards it) and you will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure.
It would be desirable to have Safeguarding knowledge and some Payroll and/or Education experience.
This position is based in Brighton, but travel to other locations will be necessary. The ability to work from home for part of the week is also offered. The salary will be in the range of £28-32k per annum plus benefits, depending on experience.
