Our established and highly reputable client is seeking to recruit an additional Sales Advisor due to company growth and expansion.
This is very much a sales advisory role and involves working 38 hours per week. Earliest start time Monday – Friday is 0800 and latest finish time is 2000. Most shifts finish around 5pm but you will need the flexibility of being able to work until 8pm on a few occasion per month.
Saturday (Apply online only)) and Sunday (Apply online only)) hours are also requited and this would be around 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday per month on a rosta.
Salary £27,500 per annum.
Our client is offering a high basic but because of this there is no commission OTE.
They are seeking people who have strong sales experience / abilities. Experience of working to targetrs and meeting them is also key.
Our client is located in Uckfield, which benefits from good public transport links both by rail and bus, and is within easy commuting distance of Brighton, Eastbourne, Tunbridge Wells and Haywards Heath. There is plenty of free, on-site parking and they are a short walk from the town centre.

The role of Sales Advisor is to manage a portfolio of trade and retail customers throughout the buying lifecycle, from initial enquiry through to delivery of a completed order. This will include assisting with customer enquiries, matching products to a customer’s requirements and helping customers to make a decision, to convert enquiries into sales.
You will also be expected to liaise with carriers and suppliers, to make sure the customer gets the right product on time, every time.
Working hours are 38 hours per week, with a shift work pattern required. They are currently open between 8am-8pm every day, with Saturdays and Sunday working required (1 per month approx)
You will be a dedicated and motivated person, with a passion for reaching and exceeding targets. Being able to work quickly and accurately is important, especially under pressure. You must be able to solve problems, and re-act to a fast-changing environment, whilst maintaining professional relationships with customers and colleagues. The role would particularly suit someone with a competitive nature, looking to make their mark in sales.
A competitive salary of £27,500.
