Manpower have a fantastic new opportunity for the right candidate, working with our client a FTSE 100 Credit Card Company
Supporting the UK team in contacting Small Business customers to remediate their customer data in relation to UK Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
The role will be outbound calling to business customers to help them submit their relevant business information via an online portal. An element of the role will be to route the customers internally if there are any servicing issues uncovered.
Here's just some of what you'll do in this role:
Clearly explain the Anti-Money Laundering regulatory requirement to customers
Support the customer through the submission process
Validate the correct information with the client
Support the completion of the "Know Your Customer" remediation projectIn your role you must be able to demonstrate:
Highly motivated, independent and proactive, with the ability to manage their own productivity and performance
Organized and proactive with exceptional communicational skills
Strong interpersonal skills – a proven ability to manage relationships, both internal and external in order to deliver on goals
Comfortable working with data
Good relationship management skills
