Fantastic temporary opportunity has arisen for this Student Accommodation based in Brighton for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales & Service Administrator to lead the selling of accommodation and provide front of house administration

Working 3 days a week Mon, Weds, Fri. Hours:10am until 5pm

Duties will include:

Undertake viewings of the show flat
First point of contact for residents
Drive sales conversions through responsive and proactive customer service
Manage rent collection
Provide front of house assistance
Manage, improve and update IT systems
Support the Manager in all areas including marketing and sales
Prepare reports and documentation
Manage tenancy reservations
Drive sales conversions through responsive and proactive customer service
Participate in face to face marketing activities
Conduct room inspections
The ideal candidate will have the following:

Experience within Student Accommodation or Leisure industry would be advantageous
Ability to sell
Friendly and approachable manner
Good problem-solving skills
Able to use own initiative
Ability to handle sensitive issues
Outgoing and happy member of the team
Proven administration and customer service experience
IT literate
This position is to start immediately.
