Our Brighton office has been established for over ten years and we are now looking to take the business to the next level. We are now looking to expand our service offering into new but aligned vertical markets and are looking for experienced recruiters to continue our growth and expansion. The vision is that all of our vertical markets will become standalone profit and loss centres. Therefore successful individuals will have the opportunity to grow and develop a team from within and progress into management.

Reportin into the Business Manager you will be responsible for developing existing clients and identifying new clients to maximise business potential as well as:
Driving recruitment activity by developing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates and conducting face to face interviews.
Developing key retention strategies to ensure continuity and service excellence to our client base.
Implementing business strategy around your vertical market and developing knowledge and expertise within that sector.
Previous experience in healthcare recruitment is not essential. We will consider individuals from other recruitment sectors or from a sales or customer service background. What is most important is individuals that have a huge desire to be successful and ambitions to develop their career.
You will be able to demonstrate a successful track record in business development and thrive on working to targets and objectives.
You will be a self-starter and demonstrate that you are capable of working on your own initiative and manage your own time effectively.
