Recruitment Administrator Brighton (office based)

9am – 5pm Monday – Friday Salary £DOE

Role Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for a variety of administrative and other duties in support of recruitment and back-office processes.

Secondary education or equivalent to university entrance
Complete proficiency in English (oral and written)
Ability to effectively use MS Office tools
Working knowledge of SharePoint, and CRM Experience

The Role

Candidate Tracking and Management – using CRM and advertising tracking system -Broadbean.

Advertising roles across CRM, website, job boards and linked in – Ensuring adverts are in line with The Equality Act 2010
Screening candidates and creating first 'long list'
Utilising Broadbean to directly email unsuccessful
Searching job boards for relevant applicants
Creating CVS in Ambitious format for presentation to clients
Uploading information on to CRM, Including recording all communications
Keeping Bullhorn up to date with candidate activity
Creating client documents such as charge rate schedules from templates, ensuring the renewal lists are updated and monitored.
Organising interviews, arranging pre interview briefings and sending confirmations via CRM
Writing client job specs for advertising
Creating briefing packs on each role and sending to potential candidates
Keeping the vacancies on the CRM up to date with short lists, cv submissions and interviews
Sending out and managing documentation for temporary workers
Sending booking confirmations to clients and candidates via CRM
Managing temporary workforce, keeping in touch with them and collecting in their weekly timesheets
Creating spreadsheet for payroll on a Monday, chasing missing timesheets
Keeping payroll up to date with new starters, and any changes
Checking the weekly payroll documents before finalising the weekly payroll
Creating weekly temp Invoices to clients via Xero
Creating weekly payroll journals via Xero
Completing weekly temp margin report and summaries
Adding permanent placements onto CRM
Sending client and candidate placement confirmations
Sending all new permanent starters congratulations cards
Keeping in touch with permanent starters until start
Checking in new starters both temp and perm
Invoicing weekly permanent starters via Xero

Ad hoc

Generating leads from candidates
Generating leads from linked in and job
Compiling competitor information and adding to CRM
Liaising with suppliers such as job boards, Bullhorn (CRM) and payroll
Managing and analysing the job board usage (reports are automated)
Liaising and manging website and content
Social media – Facebook, linked in Perform any other reasonable duties as
