Quantity Surveyor – Brighton, East Sussex
£50k-£60k base salary + car/cash allowance, travel paid, private health, pension etc.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor that have won a new residential construction project in Brighton. We are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join this project from the start and see it through to completion which will be in 2+ years,
You'll be joining a fantastic organisation with an experienced team. On offer is an attractive salary package and the opportunity to progress with a well known main contractor that has an excellent reputation in the industry.
The successful individual must have a strong background in working as a Quantity Surveyor for a top main contractor, and ideally qualified with a degree in Commercial Management/Quantity Surveying. We are looking for someone that has worked on residential projects in excess of £20m as a minimum and lives locally in East or West Sussex.
