Role: Project Manager

Location: Brighton

Duration: 6 months 

Freelance

£350 – £400 per day CIS (travel paid after first hour) 

Our client is looking for a project manager to join their team, covering a large contract for a utility provider. 

The role will be overseeing welfare upgrades and new build facilities across Sussex, Hampshire and Kent

The ideal candidate must have FM experience or managed small works construction projects.

P&L support
Financial sign offs
Experience of working on lifecycle and variation works up to £3m per year
Health & Safety sign off
Client facing and holding meetings
Reports 
Qualifications & Experience 

Qualification in M&E or building fabric or relevant project management experience.
Computer literate
Driver
