Key Recruitment are delighted to be working with an insurance broker based in the Brighton area in the recruitment of a Personal Lines Account Handler.
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody to join a business during a period of growth.
To be successful in this role you will need to have previous experience within a similar role with experience across all insurance products, be an effective communicator, both oral and written, have the ability to work under your own initiative and have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft office.
Duties will include:
Managing your own portfolio of clients, to include new business, MTA and renewals.
To liaise with Insurers/Underwriters, and other contacts to facilitate customer service.
Setting up Direct Debits and chasing payment of premiums.
Ability to understand customers’ needs effectively.
