Payroll Administrator – Seaford
Full or Part-time hours available
£19,500 – £20,000 per annum, pro rata.

We are seeking a part time Payroll Administrator to join our busy team to assist us through our next exciting stage of growth.
Working within Sussex HR Limited as a Payroll Administrator offers the opportunity to work in a varied and challenging role, advising and processing payroll a wide range of clients of difference needs. We excel at providing practical, responsive and professional payroll services but with a pragmatic and friendly style; being that safe pair of hands and sound board.
As a Payroll Administrator we are particularly seeking someone who has the ability to manage complex payrolls and understand auto-enrollment, holiday pay calculations, sickness, statutory leave and setting up new payrolls.
Key personal skills and experience:
Experience of managing small and medium payrolls;
Ability to manage conflicting priorities and meeting deadlines;
Commitment to providing a high quality payroll service; including answering enquiries and proactively finding solutions;
Ability to provide clear payroll advice and assistance;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
High attention to detail;
Experience of Iris would be an advantage and excellent excel knowledge;
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to adapt quickly;
Business acumen and the desire to build strong relationships with the managers you are supporting;
Passionate about payroll and ensuring that the employees are paid accurately and on time;
Ability to develop and sustain our reputation for providing a friendly, proactive and supportive payroll service to our clients;
Pragmatic and friendly approach;
Thirst to understand the needs of the clients;
A sense of humour!
This role will stretch payroll professionals due to the wide breadth and variety of the role; but we love it!
