Our client, an expanding and modern Accounting Firm, is looking to recruit a self-motivated and detail oriented individual to join their close-knit team in Brighton!
The ideal candidate will have some experience in Payroll, and knowledge of Xero / MoneySoft would be advantageous although not a dealbreaker. It is important that you are a self-motivated hard worker, a team player and that ultimately you care about the work you do and want to make a difference for your clients.

Responsibilities as a Payroll Administrator
To bring in a steady stream of owner managed business in the Brighton area with growth ambitions and ethical values
Manage payroll for our creative clients varying in size and complexity across various time scaled payroll runs
Reviewing payroll information prepared by team members – providing training where necessary.
Assisting with the preparation of payroll information
Filing Real Time Information returns
Multi employee payrolls as well as single director payroll
Sending employee payslips
Payroll & P11D benefits
Actioning and issuing payroll notices and forms – including P6 notices, P45's, and P60's
Liaising with clients, HMRC and internal staff
Ensure active programme of Continued Professional Development (CPD)

Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Full Time: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (flexible hours available for right candidate)
