Member Services Representative
Central Brighton – mix of office and home working.
Full time 1 year contract
£20000 per annumAre you a strong administrator who wants to join a fun and exciting team and company?

Working hours: Full time – Rota Pattern, including 2 Saturdays a month. Office Opening Hours 8am -6pm Monday to Friday. 9am – 5pm Saturdays. A mix of office based and home working.

We are currently recruiting for an excellent communicator and team player to join a busy Member Services Team.

What's involved?

Purpose of the role

To receive inbound calls/emails/webchat from new joiners, members and lapsed members to promote and sell Boundless membership, answer member queries, take leisure retreat bookings, and raise awareness and usage of a broad range of benefits.

Main responsibilities

To meet or exceed inbound & outbound call objectives/targets in relation to service and members' expectation
Proactively identifying member needs and expectations in order to promote appropriate benefits, products and services, increasing member satisfaction, subscription and benefit usage.
Influencing members to renew membership when subscriptions are unpaid or overdue.
To respond to all incoming correspondence; competently, professionally and sympathetically; providing accurate information and the most appropriate solution.
To administer Leisure Retreat and strategic event bookings.
Identify reasons for members wishing to cancel and promote benefits and services to attempt to retain business.

What will make you successful?

Excellent communication skills

Previous call centre/customer services experience

Ability to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Ability to multi-task

Using IT systems/CRM/database experience
