JOB TITLE: Quality Medical Report Administrator
HOURS: Full Time Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm
SALARY: £11 per hour
DURATION: 3 Months InitiallyOur client based in Brighton is currently recruiting for a Medical Report Administrator to join their quickly expanding team.
Responsible for setting up and maintaining accurate patient information on relevant approved databases.
Ensure the effective administration of referrals to and relationships between service providers and, external agencies and partnerships to enhance positive outcomes
Prepare, format, maintain and collate medical case records, files and management information, in accordance with the standards required.
Receive and distribute information and communications in an appropriate manner, e.g. telephone, paper, e-mail.
Act as single point of contact within unit for specialist area of work as required.
Proof read documents prior to sending
Arranging and filing company correspondences and customer information in line with company policies and GDPR guidelines
Outbound calls to healthcare professionals and 3rd party medical facilities such as GP practices and pharmaciesThe Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in office administration essential
Previous experience in maintaining records desirable
Previous experience working in health care provisions services desirable
Able to work independently as well as to contribute effectively to the team
Excellent Planning and Organisation Skills.
Excellent communicator – written and verbal.
Data entry experience preferable.
Total proficiency with Microsoft programmes
Keen eye for detail, punctual, organised and empathetic.
Proactive approach to their work.
Experience dealing with enquiries via an array of platforms including inhouse office communications (SLACK, Microsoft Teams)
Knowledge of GDPR and its application.Next Steps:
