We are seeking a full time HR Business Partner to join our busy team to assist us through our next exciting stage of growth.
Working within Sussex HR Limited as a HR Business Partner offers the opportunity to work in a varied and challenging role, advising and supporting a wide range of clients with different needs, cultures and understanding of the importance of following procedure. We excel at providing practical, responsive and professional HR services but with a pragmatic and friendly style; being that safe pair of hands and sound board.
This is an exciting year for the business, celebrating 10 years of being established and seeking our 10th member of our team due to the growth of the business and the exciting new opportunities that we have ahead. As a HR Business Partner we are particularly seeking a love of recruitment and generalist HR; but with the ability to be versatile and manage conflicting priorities and working within different cultures and businesses.
Key personal skills and experience:
Level 7 CIPD qualified;
Up-to-date knowledge of Employment Legislation
Experience in supporting managers in all aspects of HR, through attending meetings and proactively managing the HR processes
Experience of recruiting for a wide range of roles in a variety of industries
The ability to manage conflicting priorities
Commitment to providing a high quality HR service; ranging from answering basic enquiries to strategic HR
Ability to provide clear HR advice and assistance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to write management statement of cases and letters (not template letters)
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to adapt quickly
Business acumen and the desire to build strong relationships with the managers you are supporting
Passionate about the HR service
Ability to develop and sustain our reputation for providing a friendly, proactive and supportive HR service to our clients.

This role will stretch HR professionals due to the wide breadth and variety of the role; but we love it!
We are based in Seaford, 20 minutes from Eastbourne and 30 minutes from Brighton but you will be required to visit your clients for meetings. A full, clean driving license is essential as is the use of your own vehicle.
