Client Details

A leading organisation based in Brighton are seeking a HR Business Partner for an extended fixed term contract.

Description

As HR Business Partner you will be responsible for:

* Support your programme/business areas with people issues, including resource planning, coordinating recruitment campaigns and succession plans
* Deliver pragmatic and effective HR advice and solutions on programme planning and delivery, aligned to HR policy and procedures including TUPE
* Deliver training, mentoring and coaching to staff and managers on people issues
* Develop and deliver programme communications strategy and plans
* Manage third party HR suppliers to the programme as required i.e. recruitment, legal, development
* Champion the organisation's diversity and equal opportunities approach and practices

Profile

Knowledge of working as a generalist HR business partner in an organisation of 500+
Knowledge of working in projects and change programmes, including managing communications
Previous managing of a variety of stakeholders at all levels, through all areas of the employee lifecycle.
Change management and knowledge of organisational design processes
Managing external delivery partners
CIPD level 5 or equivalent
An understanding of Agile project methodology and ways of workingJob Offer
