Role: HR Administrator
Salary: £21,000 – £23,000 per annum depending on experience
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Term Time only 39 weeks
GSL Education is currently seeking to appoint an outstanding School HR Administrator to join a friendly and dynamic Ofsted rated ‘Good’ school. The school is looking for someone who will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the School.
About HR Administrator Job Responsibility:
Carry out all the administrative processes in the recruitment process
Ensure that the HR service undertakes all necessary employment checks including DBS checks and right to work, qualification and medical checks and references.
Collect ID and related information for payroll and HR files on the day.
Coordinate with Schools and add absence information to the Database
Ensure that all payroll instructions are prepared and logged in time for the monthly payroll run and submitted to the Payroll Officer.
Support the HR Advisor in administering the School’s annual appraisal cycle, chase, collect and record completed appraisals and training needs.The Successful Candidate must:
Have previous experience working as a HR Administration
Have excellent keyboard skills, software expertise, Word, Excel and Databases.
Have excellent written and oral communication.
Be able to use own initiative and work alone when necessary.
