A Food Production Section Manager is required for Hunters’ client, a leading, large, family-run and successful manufacturer to work with the night shift 19.00 – 07.00. The Food Production Section Manager works a 4/4 shift pattern, meaning that you get four days off in a row.

This role sits within the Production team, in a factory environment, and will ensure production targets are met to the required quality standards whilst delivering in the key performance areas of H&S, GMP, cost, material usage, productivity, efficiency and waste levels.

To be considered for this role of Food Production Section Manager you must have:-

* Experience of team management as you will be looking after a team of 10

* Experience of working in a factory environment, ideally within food production otherwise fmcg or pharmaceutical.

The following would be useful:

* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

* Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene
