Manpower UK are delighted to be partnered with a growing Education business in Brighton as they expand and look for 3x Enrolment Executives to join their successful sales team.

The Enrolment Executives will be responsible for converting warm leads into revenue by selling education programmes and enrolling customers. They will also be required to work closely with the customers to evaluate goals, ensure enrolment requirements are met, and establish proper expectations.
Responsibilities will include:
Promoting and selling courses and programmes, tailoring solutions and benefits to customer base
Managing and converting leads to create own pipeline
Establishing, developing strong relationships with customers throughout the recruitment life-cycle
Working within a fast-paced environment, achieving agreed sales targets and outcomes
Working as part of a team identifying issues and maintaining customer resolution and experiencePlease note that this is a target-driven role and you will be required to work to set targets to achieve commission on top of your basic salary. This role is most suitable for those with 2-3 years of previous sales experience who are used to working in a fast-paced, contact centre environment, primarily using the telephone to communicate with customers and make a large amount of calls.
Personal targets and development plans are put in place by the company to ensure each agent is reaching their potential.
The basic salary on offer is £26,000 (OTE up to £30,000).
The company is based in Brighton and this role will be mainly based in the office. Hours are Monday-Friday.
