We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to work with a professional and established company in central Brighton due to their continued growth.

This customer service role can involve technical and complex queries so needs someone not only with strong customer service skills but also an excellent problem solver who is calm under pressure.

As a Customer Service Executive you will:

* Work with customers on the phone and via email to help them use and understand the service and the data provided

* Answer the telephone and handle client queries

* Monitor and handle external and internal emails

* Place customer orders using multiple and sometimes complex systems

* Learn and maintain a thorough product knowledge

* Set up invoice accounts and provide support to new customers

* Provide quotations to clients

The role is currently remote within government guidelines but will be office based in central Brighton as soon as guidelines allow although may keep some element of home working on occasions.

The position is full time working 9am-5.30pm and offers a salary of £18,600 per annum.
