We are looking for Customer Service focused candidates to join a fantastic, long standing and friendly company in the centre of Brighton who offer development and training as well as a great atmosphere.
You’ll be working in a busy call centre team in this office based customer service position. The role is remote working when government guidelines dictate but when that’s not the case it will be based at the head office of this fantastic company in the centre of Brighton. The first two weeks induction training will be based in the office in Brighton too but will follow Covid secure guidelines.
You’ll need experience assisting customers gained from either an office, call centre, hospitality, retail or other customer service focused environment. This is perfect if you are looking for an opportunity to work with a professional company offering long term growth and a great atmosphere.
The position is initially a fixed term contract until August 2021 and the start date for the position is Monday 15th March 2021 so you will need to be available to start on that date.
* Delivering excellent customer service over the phone and over email
* Receiving inbound calls in a call centre environment
* Work as part of a team to ensure incoming customer calls are handled to the highest quality levels
* Completing associated database tasks
* Learning company products and services and undertaking internal development and training
The hours are on a rota between 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday and you’ll work every other Saturday morning with Saturday hours given back to you in the week.
The salary is £18,600 rising after the probation period, plus excellent company benefits and the opportunity to progress.
