Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive for this permanent and full time job where you will work with a professional and established company in their central Brighton office.
This customer service role can involve technical and complex queries so needs someone not only with strong customer service skills but also an excellent problem solver who is calm under pressure.
As a Customer Service Executive you will:
* Work with customers on the phone and via email to help them use and understand the service and the data provided, working within set SLAs
* Answer the telephone and handle general client queries
* Monitor and handle external and internal emails
* Place customer orders using multiple and sometimes complex systems
* Learn and maintain a thorough product knowledge
* Set up invoice accounts and provide support to new customers
* Provide quotations to clients
* Promote existing and new products where required
The role will be office based 2 days a week in central Brighton and working from home 3 days a week. The position is full time working 9am-5.30pm and offers a salary of £19,000 per annum.
