Manpower UK are delighted to be partnered with a growing Education business in Brighton as they expand their sales team and look for a new Contact Centre Team Leader.
This role is perfect for an experienced Team Leader from a contact centre environment or a confident Sales Coach who can come in and work closely with a team of Sales Agents.
The Team Leader will be responsible for supporting contact centre agents and working alongside the leadership team to drive the performance, productivity and revenue.
Responsibilities will include:
Working alongside the Director & Senior Leadership team to design, build, and drive the new performance management programme
Owning all aspects of performance management including 1:1s, coaching and development management, sickness and disciplinary management
Leading the team to achieve set KPIs and targets
Liaising with partners on case management to drive continuous improvement
Managing the sales pipeline
Consulting and supporting on the creation of material used to support professional development of contact centre staff
Planning and managing workflow
Working in collaboration with internal trainer to ensure training material is current and effective
Dealing with complaints and escalationsThe ideal person for this role will have:
Proven experience as a sales leader or sales coach
A demonstrable knowledge of sales, pipeline management, and best practice
Highly proficient computer skills which includes MS Office Suite
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Focus on a positive customer experience
Passion for creating high-quality, high-performing cultureThe basic salary for this role is £30-40,000 dependent on experience.
This will be an office-based position, Monday to Friday.
