Brighton based award winning digital marketing agency have doubled in headcount and revenue for the last 5 years and continue to achieve ambitious growth plans both in the UK and in international markets, this is the ideal role if you are looking to propel your career within a client centric digital agency. Looking for an exceptionally organised Client Services Executive who naturally excels at communicating with clients. Coming with a foundation in B2B account management, customer service or client services experience you will be looking for the opportunity to both broaden and deepen your skill set working with talented, like minded individuals in a progressive, industrious, but friendly environment. 

Client Service Executive Package:

• A basic salary £26k 
• A company bonus

• 20 days holiday rising to 25

Client Services Executive Role:

Reporting into the Head of Client Services, the role will define and grow around the right individual. You will work with key client accounts and be their ambassador internally to ensure success is delivered on every project. With succession planning in mind and your own career development, it will become senior and business critical within year one and will offer rapid personal and remunerative growth opportunities for the right candidate.

Client Services Executive responsibilities will typically include:

• Liaise with, and manage, key client relationships
• Plan, schedule and oversee key client communication points
• Manage and naturally become the day to day communications hub for high value client communications
• Where appropriate, communicating our successes to clients
• Understand and shape our approach to better develop, diversify and grow client accounts
• Take a leadership role with the client onboarding process
• Ensure all department KPI’s are consistently met

Client Services Executive Competencies, Knowledge and Experience:

• Experience communicating with B2B clients
• Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders internally
• Experience using a CRM system
• Strong proficiency in MS Office
• Goal driven, not process driven
• Eager to learn
