A number of exceptional permanent opportunities have become available for permanent Client Relationship Administrators working in the Brighton area. The role of a permanent Client Relationship Administrator based in Brighton, is a pivotal support providing daily administrative support to your team of Advisors.

Some of the key duties and responsibilities will involve :

Working closely with the advisor in the team and communicating frequently regarding their needs and priorities
Answering queries from the client base over the phone and processing the administrative follow up updating the CRM
Amending templated documentation accordingly whilst using Adobe suite and sending out to clients to gain digital signatures
Supporting the advisor with preparation of meetings packs, facilitating transfers working within financial guidelines and regulations
Proactively chasing and progressing outstanding queries over the phone or via e-mail

The ideal candidates will need to have the following to be considered :

Experience of working within a Financial Services/Financial Planning/Pensions or similar administrative or client facing role
Be able to demonstrate self motivation and a willingness to learn
Confident with working on multiple screens and systems at once
A good starter finisher with a high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and good standard of written English

Please note that during induction and training times you will be expected in the office daily, once fully trained you have the option to be working from home with a day per week in the office.
