Remote working position (possible requirement to attend meetings within the Brighton Area)
Monday – Friday 9-5pm

Main responsibilities of the role will be to manager multiple projects for a client base where one size certainly does not fit all.

Each client of this fantastic training company will have their own diarised projects and events.

The client coordinator will manage all projects from start to finish, from the initial agreement of requirements with client, diarising all dates and events needed and then liaising with all parties internal and external to make it happen.

Main responsibilities will be
* Ensure warm and helpful client relationships
* Project manage a portfolio of client programmes and consultancy services:

Build a strong partnership with relevant client contacts
Work closely with the relevant Client Director, Operations and associates to ensure everything happens when and how it should
Oversee all the financial and administrative aspects of the client relationship
Hold the operational and logistical responsibility for programme delivery
Plan and manage all support activities relating to all workshops and events
Oversee programme dates, bookings, meetings, materials and logistics
Organise and manage the production and distribution of all programme support materials including handouts, joining information, evaluations, including support as required for client programmes.
Provide Tech support for virtual client delivery as required
Liaise with programme participants in a timely and appropriate manner
liaise between the Head of Operations and Consultants on forecasting, invoicing and budgets
Report detailed progress on quality and other operational matters to the relevant Consultants and Head of Operations.
Diary Management and business support
Provide Diary management support to the Consultants
Assist with travel arrangements and meeting room bookings
Assist with formatting and proof reading of documents
Organise and attend the weekly team call and business meetingsWorkload planning
* Assist with workload and capacity planning
Office and information management support

Deal with incoming calls and correspondence
Help maintain company databases
Help maintain company e-filing systemMarketing support
* Develop a strong understanding of company brand, approach and programmes
* Act as brand champion: ensuring all communications and materials across all company activities reflect company brand

Such other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time including taking a collaborative approach to activities across the business.

Comfortable with working remotely in own environmentEssential Skills Required

Must be proficient in MS office programmes, especially Excel, Word and Powerpoint. Experience in MS Teams and Sharepoint Desirable.
Skilled and at ease with using technology and able to use or learn to use a Mac computer
Experienced in managing projects from beginning through to completion
Ability to problem solve and be able to present solutions
Experienced in PA management of others' diaries and schedules
Confident with setting up, understanding and keeping accurate financial budgets
Comfortable with billing and invoicing
