Job Title: Business Administrator Apprenticeship Level 3 (Property Industry)
Salary: £12,500 – £17,000 depending on experience
Full time: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30 – 1 hr lunch break (37.5hrs)
(additional hours when necessary depending on the needs of the business)
Our client is looking for an apprentice to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Professional Services department.
To ensure that the apprenticeship standards are met.
To complete key units within the Standard
To attend a day release at College (term time only)
To complete all assessments and observations
To complete the Apprenticeship Training Log
To achieve Level 1 English and Maths and working towards level 2
Locating and updating site Notes (Residential property) and Commercial property files.
Scanning, copying and emailing documents.
Downloading photographs from mobile 'phone and digital camera – transferring images to word documents.
Searching internet for comparable property details.
Telephoning agents to request comparable evidence.
Collating mail merge letters with enclosures
Franking post and taking to post office.
Creating site notes on Quest database system (training given).
Entering details on commercial database and card system.
Preparing commercial files.
Desired personal skills
An interest in the property industry.
Computer literate in Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet.
Good proof-reading skills and attention to detail.
Microsoft user with good Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills, with a high standard of written/verbal English.
Discretion and ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to maintain a good working relationship at all levels.
Strong customer care approach.
Ability to work autonomously.
English and Maths Grades A*- C (9-4) or equivalent would be an advantage.
