Job Title: Business Administrator Apprentice
Salary: £13k-£16k per annum depending on experience
Full time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Our client based in Brighton is looking to recruit a Business Administrator apprentice, to help to ensure their clients receive the highest level of support; providing administration for the account from initial setup through to pricing analysis, negotiation, processing and securing contracts, dealing with any queries, all the way through to renewal.
Proving a comprehensive administrative support function
Offering service support to Industrial & Commercial clients and other large users
Liaising with clients over the phone, face to face and via video conferencing, managing their energy procurement and sustainability needs
Handling and processing contract renewals including pricing analysis
Dealing with correspondence written and verbal
Updating internal databases
Facilitating the smooth transfer of contracts, ensuring standards of service are met and ensuring client retention.Requirements
Experience from a call centre would be useful.
Enjoys working with data with the ability to identify where patterns/exceptions emerge
Work experience in similar role would be an advantage but is not essential.
The candidate should be numerate and competent in Microsoft Office – particularly Excel
Friendly, logical and accommodating, enthusiastic and persuasive
Well organised, good attention to detail, with strong communication, interpersonal and customer skills
A positive attitude, hard work and professionalism.Desired qualifications
GCSE English and Math – minimum grade 4 / C(or equivalent)Prospects
Potential to progress into a permanent position after successful completion of the apprenticeship.
