Bounce Teachers are supporting a large Primary School in East Sussex that is seeking to appoint an Assistant Headteachers from September 2021 on a permanent basis.
This is a unique opportunity for two inspirational, ambitious, and highly motivated leaders to take their next developmental step into senior leadership – to join our dedicated team at an exciting stage in the school's development
You will take a lead role in whole-school curriculum development and manage either across:
a) EYFS to Year 2
b) Years 3 to 6
KEY KNOWLEDGE / KEY REQUIREMENTS
Extensive experience and skills in working with pupils within the age ranges above and be passionate about helping all our pupils to achieve their full potential
Communication with parents, local community and outside agencies
Innovative pastoral development, pupil support/staff development
Demonstrate how your work has had a significant impact on the whole school
Proven success of delivering excellent outcomes for students
Support and challenge, hold colleagues to account and deliver excellent outcomes
